Full body workouts
The main goal of these workouts is to transfer the exercises performed in the gym to the water space, which can be performed by people regardless of age and physical fitness. In water, the human body weighs only a tenth of what it would weigh on land. As a result, our body receives much less load on joints and tendons, the probability of injuries decreases, and it becomes much easier and simpler to perform the necessary physical activity than on land.
